Offer is for Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Rio Verde, Paradise Valley, North Mesa, and Carefree/Cave Creek. Irrigation check and hard copy of consult are included in the $200 cost. Follow-up services such as fertilizer application are billed as cost of materials + $60/hr.
